I have a spare 5gal with 1 krib fry now an agassizi's cichlid.

I am going to move the agassizi's back into the 30" as soon as I get some dithers. (how would white clouds go in 26'C-78'F water?)

It will be a fry tank in the future, but wanted to put maybe, a few bumblebee goby's and maybe a few kuhli loaches..you know small interesting fishies.

how does this sound:

2 bumble goby's
2 kuhli loaches
1 betta

thats whats on my mind at the moment...I want fish that are unusal, as in different, or just plain interesting that could go exist with other fish in prefect peace. any ideas, what would you guys put in the tank.

assumming it will be used for a fry tank (krib or blue acaras) of course I will relocate the fish within.

Perhaps I will just grow plants, I.e. small grasses, wisteria, broadleafs, I like vallis alot. and hygro's. and just maybe have a betta??

That temp is too hot for white clouds. While they willbe able to survive, they just won't show there characteristic colours and zip as much. I think you need to stick with something more traditional like the danios, perhaps leopard ones. Otherwise maybe a nice group of black neon tetras would be cool.

As for the 5 gallon I would stick with the betta and just some khulies. Those loaches do best in larger groups. So maybe the betta and 3 khulies.

And the bumblebee gobies are brackish water so they won't work anyway.

I would try maybe a betta, and perhaps 3 kuhlis (the more, the more actve ;))... That should stock you up very well..

And although Bumblebee gobys can live in FW, they just wouldn't thrive, and live as well unless it was brackish

I think I will go with what was mentioned...

1 betta
3 kuhlie loaches

or how would 2 kribs go in there, i've been meaning to get suggestions...I know they may be cramped but I'm thinking that 2 fish in a 1ft long tank would do alright....for breeding purposes...I think they would like to have their own space without any other fish to worry about...

what about a betta and a few freshwater shrimp? there are actually quite a few different kinds besides glass...

There has been a change..I'm going to put my kribensis in the 5gal, seeing they are not very venturous while breeding...they will have the whole tank to themselves.

they are about 2" to 3" in a 12" tank...so it give them descent space...not saying this is a great place. But I think they will enjoy having their own tank.

So in my 30"/20gal tank their is going to be

2 blue rams
1 agassizi's
1 bristlenose
1 small kribensis (from parents old batch)
1 snail

I will add to this, some tetras and how would a betta go with this? I will most likely be getting another agassizi's seeing as the other one was killed.

I have a spare 1gal if things get rough....But this 1gal has a paradise fish in it...how would the paradise fish go with the others? He was being rather nasty when I first put him in their so I took him out. I didn't wait to see how things turned out. was I being to quick?

How would kuhlie loach/s go with these....
2rams, 2agassiz's, 2bristlenose, 1kribensis(1cm), 4-6 tetras(not sure which type), 1bettaORparadise fish.
