Yes, we get it. You like Ralph fromt eh Simpsons. Very helpful. Please keep that to GCC and not in useful threads.

Sometimes life is meant to be a little frivolous and a little fun. Try and relax a little and enjoy the scenery.

You could also try feeding "invisable" fish in the QT tank. The rotting food will add some ammonia to the tank too. Other than that, the sponge idea is very good. I have a 5g "Regent" (which is Eclipse in a Walmart package =0) and I have removed the bio wheel and placed it in the main tanks sump.

Yes, that is what general chit chat is for and now this thread is pointless. Thank you.

Yes it is indeed. Suddenly no one can post anything worthwhile on here just because I bumped it with some silly pointless fun. The whole thing has gone rancid. It has fin rot.

So from now on, nobody post on this thread because I ruined and destroyed its entire reason for existence by quoting Ralph Wiggum.

Oh the horror....the horror....

Pretty much use your clear ammonia and dose maybe 1/4 of a capful. Wait 5-10 minutes for the water to circulate and mix the ammonia and test it if its 2 ppm then good otherwise add another 1/4 capful or so until you get 2ppm remembering the dose. Add that ammount of ammonia to the tank every day and you are set. Another method is to buy a seachem ammonia alert card and feed everytime the card registers safe.
