72kL marine aquarium system

I am designing a 72kL marine aquarium system. The water needs to be circulated 8 times per hour and thus requires a flow rate 160L/s. I want to use sand filters so can anyone please recommend a size/quantity/supplier as well as a heat exchanger that would ensure the water temp stays around 18 degrees C. The whole system is set up in an air controlled room with avg temp of 24 degrees C.

Are you talking about setting up a 72,000 liter tank ?? Do you want to have a temperature of 18°C? Why so low? Do you plan to keep fish or invertebrates from deep sea areas that need that temperature? I'm not understanding much here.
