Will this be enough to house 2 convicts 1 3 inch jack dempsey and a 4 inch oscar with 2 small plecos???

This may be enough for a Pleco and an Oscar, but not all those fish together. Besides, the Cons will destroy the Oscar if they start breeding.
For that combination, if you wish to house them all in the same tank, you will need at least a 125 gallon, but that may not even be enough.

definatly wont work perminantly, but if all the fish are small i see no reason why it wouldnt work for a while, at least long enough for you to make arrangements for a larger tank, or selling off some of the fish. this is assuming they're all small and have places to hide, mind you. and as was said above, it WONT work perminantly

Yeah that combo wont work at all. I have heard of non breeding convicts at 6" beating the life out of an Oscar which was 12". Oscars are not agressive like most people say they tend to be more docile especially when compared to central american cichlids. Plecos well depending on there size but im guessing you went and got to common plecos. They require a 60gal for just 1 of them for they are poop machines. Jack Dempsey I cant say anything about them never seen any except in a video on this forum. Yeah and if you got a mating pair of convicts nothing you have now will survive pretty much. The problem with alot of people is they buy a big tank like a 100gal and think this is huge I could put all kinds of things in here. So they decide to toss in a Jag a Oscar a RD a GT a RT a some common pleco's and buttkoferi. Well each fish grows big and they get them small so it looks full well it was a big mistake the oscar would die the GT would die the plecos would eventually die unless theres enough hiding places for them and you would have the Jag RT butti and RD always going at it and killing each other of and now you got on fish less money in your pocket the on fish you have is all beat up and now your regretting it. Dont say youll buy a bigger tank if you really know your not. Just my 2 cents.
yea oscars are slower swimming fish than convicts thus the oscar would get demolished by allthe convicts rage. maybe a 125 or even 150.
