Decor: Driftwood, stones, river pebbles, plastic plants.
Filtration: Emperor 400 w/ Biowheels, HOT Magnum Canister.
Lights: 30W 50/50 fluorescents.
Substrate: 50/50 mixture of black gravel and EcoComplete African Cichlid substrate. (keeps pH above 7 w/ the driftwood present and tapwater KH of 0-2dh)
Food: 'Tetra Cichlid Crisps', 'Spirulina Pellets', 'Marineland BioBlend Cichlid pellets', freeze-dried foods ('tubifex' and 'plankton'), and 'HBH SA Cichlid Color pellets'. Occasionally will feed live crickets and earthworms.
*The water is a bit cloudy in the pics due to a water change/tank cleaning just before taking the shots.
