75g w/' stand & hood...good deal?

i found a 75g that comes w/ a stand, hood, and just plain ordinary lights for $349. eventually i will upgrade the lights when if i decide on any corals or whatever...but does this sound reasonable? it looks like something i should consider.

Where are you located? I have a friend with a 75 gal. plus the stand for $150.00 near Tallahassee if you are interested. You would still have to buy the filter and lights, and you would have to pick it up.

best thing to do is shop around and look at different prices and go to other shops. heck, you may even be able to buy a 90 gal for cheaper if you look hard enough.
I picked up a 75 plexiglass tank with rear sump for $100 at my lfs. It was one of their display tanks that had seahorses in it. I got the tank, pc lights and a ehiem filter all in one shot. It was a very good deal, all i need now is the stand, which i havent picked up yet. But i can get one new for about $169.

East or west of Tally? Drilled, not drilled? What kind of stand?

I will still do some shopping since it will be after x-mas before i am able to get it. There is one pretty big fish store about 2 hours from here i have been wanting to check out. This is about the cheapest i have found so far, so does it sound pretty good for a new tank, stand and hood?
