8" Plecostomus

I have a 30 gallon community tank. My Plecostomus is a little over 8". Is he getting too big for my tank? I have had him a little over 2.5 years and he has doubled in size.

I feed him/her algae waffers. I'm curious, how often everyone thinks I should feed him. I'm always worried that he won't get enough to eat as I have very little algae in my tank.

i have a pleco that is 1 year old and 14 inches. He gets Hikari algae wafers am and pm, and some fresh food every other date( zucchini, squash, cuks, potato, leaf lettuce, ect)

Time for Mr. Pleco to move....Depending on species they can get huge and create ALOT more waste then they clean up...I had one that was 18" in 18 months...
