I just set this tank up today. Do I need to add a co2, fertilizer, or anything else to my tank if I'm going to add fish? Will the LED light be enough to keep them growing. I have just a filter and heater as of now. The water is about 70°f as of now. Also what kind of plants do I have?

Take the plants out, go back to the shop and tell them you wanted real aquatic plants.
You don't need CO2 ... how many lumen is the Led?
Don't forget you have to cycle the tank before you can add fish.

Yeah, those are called "aluminum plants". Not aquatic, they're houseplants that can survive a few months at most underwater.

You should look at cryptocorynes (many kinds), Italian valisneria (corkscrew val). Java fern is also easy, but isn't planted in the substrate, rather attached to wood or rocks.
