hello new here but need help have a 10,000 lt tank with a canster filter its been running for round 4 weeks only have around 11 fish in it , iv run tests all are ok but every day I wake to find that a healthy fish has died over night , I cant work out why , please help

I apologize for the string of questions, but we need a lot more info to make any attempt at a diagnosis.

1) What are your parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate plus any other info)? What test kit do you use?

2) Was the tank cycled prior to adding fish? What is your full stock list?

3) How did you acclimate the fish? Do you quarantine? Are they all from the same store?

4) What is the exact filter you are using? What is your normal maintenance routine?

5) What do you feed? Are the fish still eating? Any unusual behavior or symptoms?

Is your tank really 10,000 liters? That works out to over 2,000 US gallons which is a VERY large tank for only 11 community fish...
