a little help please...

So after an ich outbreak nearly killed all my fish.. im left with 3 zebra danios, and some sort of tetra(bought as a wcmm the others were eaten, and this one was different from the rest, looks moreso of a bloodfin tetra), as of now im doing daily anti ich and anti bacterial treatments, and 2x 25% WC per week to help the cause, no cysts shown,
So my question is, in a month... just before i head back to school, id like to restock up the tank, though not a heavy extent , and something i can afford(not gonna bother asking dad.. to pay that is, but im gonna ask him to inspect all my fish for disease while wer at the shop(some are goign to be bought at petsmart, or my other lfs which has much healthier looking fish and cleaner tanks so thats why...)
i want to have a decent shoal of zebra danios and a decent shoal of somethign else for my 33, possibly 8 danios, 6 cories, and a trio of some sort of gouramis?

Now for the 2 gallon holding the betta, i want to get some java fern, and other hardy plants, what can i grow in there w/o co2 and im going to keep in front of hte window...? i want to grow a desnly planted tank in there, and move plants over to the 33 as it gets fuller and fuller, lighting is sunlight and 7 watt incandescent(nightlight style), though id prefer to find a cf bulb for that size.
also about algae, if i have plants in good density, perhaps i could add a number of ghost shrimp for the cause of cleaning scraps and algae?
33 gal is run with an aquaclean 50(250 gph) and a corner air powered box filter(filter floss and gravel).
2 gal runs with an elite stingray 5 filter.(thinking of upgrading this tank sometime something with glass canopy and desk lamp, but probably not till christmas...)

What are your current water parameters? Stop all the chemicals, you only need heat and table salt for ich.

ammonia is at 0, nitrites are at 1 atm, and nitrates are 10ish, tested yesterday at friends house(work hasnt sched me for work in a while, andi need to transfer my new debit over, ah im a poor 14 yearo ld again, mom snatched up old debit card iwth a couple hundred bucks, but im asknig for $100 from that debit.)
anything on the stocking?
ah i havent been home for a few days, my mom said 3 fish died, i thought a danio, guppy and swordtail died, turns out, that only the swordtail died, it was lethargic, and kept itself well hidden in the hollow log most the time.
So my current stock is 1 male guppy, 3 Zebra Danios(1 seems deformed, and is of a white colouration, was like that when i bought it... the tail seems weird, and it has always been a bit less active then the others..)
and the 1 unidentified fish bought as a wcmm, that coloured up a bit since i transferred him from my 2 gallon hex, that he was in temporarily(iwas a paranoid he was goign to be eaten byother fish..) but now i have him in the 33 gal, and purchased a new ct male ...
The 33 gallon has no substrate however , and has a good amount of rocks that came with it, and a few hollow plastic logs.
and only 3 small fake plants, i want to eventually add java moss tied to rocks, and decos to help out, and if possible, add java ferns for extra hiding spots.

I think you are overdue for a water change. A properly cycled tank would have 0 ammonia and nitrites. Before we discuss future stocking, we should clear up existing issues.

i believe it has somethign to do with my brother cleaning the basket with tap water the otehr day....
Edit: Will proceed with a water change.., i keep a spare set of media submerged at hte bottom of my 2 g for when my brother does that..
i keep a bag of bio media right infront of the outlet of the internal filtered, so its hit with a good amount of running water, and 2 sponges tucked around the intake of hte stingray tied with hairnets.
Changing the media, and im going to put that washed media into the 2 gal.

Water tested results are ...
Ammonia and NitrIte 0
NitrAte is around 10
and PH is 7.5
So im taking it theses are good results?
