Here is my most recent rack. In 12 sq feet of floor I've managed to get 64 sq feet of surface area.
The shelf is from costco.
Top shelve is a surface skimming 135 acrylic, then three shelve each with 3x: 36x24x8 Macourt super tubs.
All plumbed to the main recirc system.
They will be used for everything from spawning to grow out as needed.
