Jerusalem Artichokes are perennial for #3 also. Of course they are not from Jerusalem, nor are they artichokes, but native American sunflowers with tuberous roots. Just try to get rid of them once they have established.

kas, the magic school bus is/was great for kids wasn't it? as I told you before my son is your age. The knowledge that came from that show was amazing. My son was 3 and talking about a chandelabra(SP?) I still can't spell it. I had no clue what this kid is talking about until a friend suggested it. Stupid Parent!!! :thud: :thud:
