We should all get together and to a "fish special" show for discovery or something. Like the hobby in general, water changes, testing, diy stuff, etc. What would be a good little show

Thanks for posting, GEL!! My family had fun answering. The only 1 they didn't get was #1.
Way to go Kas..my husband was that kind of kid. He'd read encyclopedias for fun. :thud: He reads movie credits...album covers..and remembers the stuff. He's a killer Trivial Pursuit player. He knows things like who wrote the Bugs Bunny cartoons...and directed them. He knows who played in Stan Kenton's band, stuff like that. So can his brothers. WHen they get together, my sister in law and I want to run from the room screaming. We actually started our own Trivial Pursuit game with our kids one time..and didn't tell the guys, becasue they always answer everything. Well, they figured out what we were doing and came over anyway and were starting to answer the questions anyway and we had to make them be quiet!

Strawberries are not really berries or fruit in the "botanical" sense (i.e., the end result of a fertilized plant ovum). the "real" fruit are the objects we think of as the "strawberry seed" -- properly called "achenes. The "berry" is actually an "enlarged receptacle" and is not reproductive material.
