Abnormal gills - widow tetra

One of my black widow tetra has having abnormal gills.
I am unable to figure out what problem or disease it is.
Could you please let me know about it and guide me how can I cure it.

I saw that you have an angelfish in the tank? Did you witness the angelfish being aggressive?
What size is the tank? Water parameters?
