Acriflavine and fertility

I heard a rumour that Acriflavine causes infertility in fish... Is anyone able to confirm or deny this please? i.e. Is it really damaging to fertility? If so, how much harm does it do, and what dosage/length of exposure is required?

Well i used some of it in my tanks. I was desperate. I googled acriflavin and side effects and found that it can cause infertility.It may also say it on the instructions.What kind of disease are you treating ? What kind of fish do you have?
