We currently have 260watts of PC lighting on our 90 gallon planted tank.
We're looking to supplement with metal halide. We're aware about the heat. The reason we want to do this is because the fixture does not put out enough light. The BF has access to 70watt up to 1000watt metal halide ballasts.
What would you recommend for metal halide lighting?
Thanks for any replies!!

Dont have much time. You could go two 175w for your tank, but if you are not running co2 that could be too much. A little info on your tank would be helpful, Length , co2 ect.
