I have a tetra 10-30 internal filter and I want to get a couple african dwarf frogs. I've heard about them getting stuck in filters. can I get something to make the gaps smaller or something???

i've heard covering the intake with pantyhose does the trick.

What size is your tank? I had 2 ADF's in a 10 gallon with a penguin mini and I never had trouble with them getting stuck in the intake. I didn't have to cover the strainer or anything.

I have an ADF in a 10 gal. with a whisper 10 filter, and at first I covered the intake with pantyhose, just to be safe, because he was little, but now, there is no problem. If you're worried, than cover it, it can't hurt, just clean the gunk that will collect on the outside of it after awhile.

They are bigger than neon tetras so they are fine
