Can you add a bit of aquarium salt in a tank with ADF's? Will it affect them in a bad way at all? I usually put some in, just a small amount b/c I have mollies in my tank and they do so much better with it.
I just want to make sure my frogs I am gonna move in there will be ok.

I don't know if you've gotten the answer you need. It might help if you post to the 'General forum', frogs aren't invertebrates, since they have a backbone. ;)

I swore off keeping frogs, since the first time I got some they ended up as raisins on my living room carpet.

Good luck crazylady.

yea i tried my luck with a frog, not for me i guess.

once my ADF went for my LDA08 plecos which cost me 130 for three), while they were still in the bag, I took him out quick.

My frog was in a tank that I added a teaspoon or so to (2.5g) and he did fine. In fact, he has gone through three complete new tank cycles (rinsed gravel, filter, tank, everything with tap water) before I knew what I was doing wrong... all in the course of 4 weeks! 2 months later he is still kicking in my 10g, though he does not seem to be real friendly with the ghost shrimp.

That's what I was wondering - will frogs get along with ghost shrimp? I have ghost shrimp, and I wanna get some frogs.

if they will fit in their mouth and they can catch them, they will eat them. However adf's don't see well and are pretty slow. I would imagine if you have ample cover for the shrimp they would probably survive.
