Anything else in the tank? Its possible.
 
I assume you mean Zebra Danios, which cannot go in a 5 gallon hex tank, they need at least a 20 long IMO because of their fast metabolism. A 5 gallon hex can probably house a betta and dwarf frog.
 
If your tank is tall, don't put frogs into it because they need to swim to the top for air. They are rather easy to take care of. I feed mine Hatari frozen blood worms. I keep two in a 10 gal. tank with 6 neons. Any more than that would be crowded. It's heavily planted and the frogs really like that. They get friendly enough to take food from your fingers.
 
ADF are incredably easy to feed, toss food in let it hit the bottom and away they go!
5g is fine just leave some space (about an inch or so from the top)
you can feed them any kind of worms, beefheart (small amounts) brine shrimp anything they are scavengers and will eat anything really! you can add 2 and some plants to your 5 gallon and they will be perfectly happy!

Feeding African Dwarf frogs

I owned a pet shop for a few years. We kept lots of African frogs in stock at all times. They would eat most anything, but their absolute favorite food seemed to be live Blackworms.

Make SURE you're looking at African Dwarf Frogs, not African Clawed Frogs.
Dwarfs get up to 1.5 inches from nose to tail, but Clawed get up to 5 inches (HUGE!)

I made that mistake myself! Had him in my 29 gallon when he got to about 4 inches then escaped from the tank. Good thing my cat doesnt care to eat frogs, she just protected him from the darn dog.

Also, cover that tank well, They are little houdini's if you give them the chance.
