Hygrophilia polysperma (2-7" bottoms/middles/few tops..)
Rotala Macrandra Green (6"+ got nice pink tops)
Frogbit (TONNSSSS of it)

looney i redid my tank so yes bubbles after a water change..
Though the rotala pearls great 2 (with co2)

As far as light requirement, it should do fine in a low light tank since its right there by the light... This plant is a nutrient hog so its also good to have some nitrates in the tank as well.
