Okay.. My slightly bigger angel keeps chasing the smaller one around.. And now it's pushing at the other. since it's a small tank, I have a huge log in the center and I think the angel might be territorial.

Everytime the little one goes near it or in it now, he gets chased.. And since it's a small tank, he gets chased almost everywhere.. But if they're on opposite sides of the tank it's okay for a while, then the bigger one starts swimming to the little one then darts at it.

Should I be concerned? Or will they be okay until the 29 gallon gets cycled and I can move them?

I have another log type thing in the 29 gallon.. And I plan on rinsing the gravel and log in the 10 gallon really good after I move the angels to the new tank then put all that in there too. So they'll both have their own little log.

But again.. Should I be concerned that he's darting after the little one?

The bigger setup will help. Angels are not really 'nice' fish by nature. As long as the smaller fish is able to eat, and can hide, it should be okay. You'll want to monitor for injuries, though.
