ah supply reflectors

i am making a diy canopy for the 5.5 planted gallon tank and would like to use the 2x13 watt bright kit. is it important that i also buy the reflectors? thank you.

Reflectors would give alittle boost in light power.

I'd definitely get the reflectors. They make a significant difference.

BTW, the reflectors themselves only cost $8. You can order them separately on the order page. Get the basic 2x13w kit and 2 reflectors: $15 +$8 +$8 + bulbs and a reasonable shipping and handling fee. Due to a quirk in their pricing, its cheaper than ordering 2 seperate 13w kits (2 x $19).
