Some of you might have known I had been wanting albino telescopes badly. I changed mind at the last minute deciding to get an albino telescope from a first batch of the notorious store (I said notorious because they're notorious for idiocy when it comes to keeping fish) but I was too late and regretted for not getting one for myself. I had to wait for four months and I suddenly felt the urge to revisit it again and in the corner, I saw a second batch of them! It took me almost two weeks to decide because a majority were very sick to begin with. I decided to grab just one for now and found the healthiest I could see. It paraded around and I immediately told the lady I want him. She must be exasperated because I let her wait for quite some time but most of the albino telescopes were really sick riddled with fish lice, finrot, etc and because they have no return policy, I had to gamble on the healthiest instead and they weren't cheap either.:(

Anyway, here he (or she maybe) is.:D

That's a nice goldie. Those big red eyes must look pretty cool. I hope she (or he) stays healthy!

Turns out to be a male, hun. I just checked the vent. He remains very healthy so far although I've already dosed salt and neguvon dylox for possible fish lice. Salt is just a precaution at the moment to keep parasites at bay, most especially ich. I still need to get my prazi for flukes as I ran out of prazi.:irked:

Nice fishie!

I'm still shuffling my stocks among my tanks and ponds, Aqua. Not final yet because I am fairly indecisive but Cash is in the quarantine tank and will stay there for 4 weeks, possibly longer. He was in a tank with mostly sick teles so no chance going to reinfect my other goldfish with whatever he may have despite his healthy condition so far.

I got dibs on a new one like Cash! Wendylove of GAB thinks these are Siamese dolls if they do not grow beyond 5-6". The new one due to arrive this month is already full grown at 5-6". A friend will include some other goldfish possibly to outweigh the freight cost from merchandise cost.

On another note, I contacted a vendor and his ranchus that he claims were grade A and AA are very expensive at 3k and 3.5k pesos respectively so I'm declining from that offer.:silly:

I'll visit another shop as I met an employee and he informed me they had several goldfish arrived at their shop. Will see if I get satisfied with one or two. I just want ranchus or orandas, if not black moors.:D

Haven't you run out of space yet?

Another great pick-up.
