Does anyone have a natural way to get green algae off of the tank walls? My tank is a walk around thus I have 4 walls to clean. The magnet doesn't get tough spots where they are more of "dot" algae on the walls. You have to scrub them by hand in order to remove them.

Thanks in advance!

Mike

The only thing I've found that works on the tough spots is a razor blade (or endless scrubbing with the magnet). Mounting it in the end of a length of 1/2" PVC pipe helps with the hard to reach spots.

The best way of getting algae off glass in my opinion is with a credit(not one you use) because it is safer than a razor but still cleans algae that is stuck on. Have you tried putting astraea or turbo snails in your tank?
