Were you at one time reading 0 on Ammonia and Nitrite, with some level of Nitrate?

THe only thing I've added recently was a new plant, no dead or dieing fish/plants. I havn't added any fertalizer, but the plants look healthy. The ammonia is reading 0, and the nitrite is 0 now also.
