Hi all,
It has again been a while since i last posted, in the time that has gone by the house has had work done to it which meant moving the tank over to the other side of the room and the ensuing stress brought about a major outbreak of white spot which i lost 3 fish to all told, this i believe could be seen as a precautionary tale to all tang owners as Dory was the main carrier and first death.
It would seem my take on the whole TANG POLICE people was that an agreed upgrade as long as planned and affordable was sufficient and the fishes overall heath was #1 priority then all was well.
This has all changed now although i will not be joining the force but maybe just maybe the tank you have should suit the fish you buy....
That all said i hope soon to post pics of my new fish (5 months after outbreak and 12 week fallow period) Phineas the blackbar filefish. (pervagor janthinosoma)
Quantined and eating brine/mysid/squid/spirulina and algae.
For those who remember Gill's doing very well and is leader of the tank since the unfortunate loss of Dory the other losses were Gurgle (Royal Gramma) and Flash the Yellowheaded Sleeper Goby.
