read my sig .....i'm new to this and both my tanks have been running for about 3 months and all my fish are growing rather quickly ..what are some good fish recommendations if i can add some ...i've been thinking of some loaches ..well i appreciate any reply

you should be gd except for the irradescent sharks. they get huge. over 15".

if you have anything that gets bigger than 6" in that tank, it isnt going to work. you need to leave ample room for everything to grow happily, or they will either not grow, or die.

1" of fish per 5 gallons, rule of thumb

Watch the selection of fish. gouramis can be aggressive to each other and tiger barbs and angels generally do not mix.

Plus don't get too stuck on rules of thumb. They tend to fall pretty flat pretty quick. 1 inch of pleco isn't the same as an inch of gourami or even an inch of gourami.

yeah i know they get huge ...my buddy has a pond and has one(10") and wanted two more and i took them in my tank till they get a bit bigger ..they are one of the coolest fish ive seen .....and i have been watching my angels and barbs ..and they've been doing good no fin nipping or anything ...actually my whole tank has been in harmony except some neons i had in the larger tank ...the angels didn't like em !!!

ps i thought the general rule was 1" per one gallon

The wpg rule doesn't take into account mass, diet, lifestyle, tank shape, etc. Species of fish are just as diverse as species of mammals.
