am i using to much fertilizer

i ahve a planted tank and it is a 60 gallon and it has quite a few plants in it. i am using 3 fertilizer flourish, flourish excel and pro plant wich accelerates the plants growth. my question is am i useing to much fertilizer.

Depends on how much light you have and if you using CO2. And also what kind of plants.
