Everything about anemones say they need high light. However, I haven't seen too much on what that translates to. I have 192W of 50/50 PC bulbs on a 46g tank. Will that do? I have another 96W at 12000K that I can add, however I would need to make a modification to the bracket first. Anyways...input is appreciated.

The only anemone that would most likely do ok with that lighting set would be a bubble tip. I kept one and even had it thrive under similar lighting for quite some time prior to upgrading to MH lighting.
I would suggest however that you make sure it is located near the top of the tank as near to the light as possible and feed it at least twice per week.
