Hey ddl,
Congrats on the spawn - if the 130 is not heavily stocked and you think the parents will be able to get the eggs to wigglers, I would leave them w/the mom and dad until they hatch to wigglers. I have done this several times w/pairs that I have in group tanks. I let them guard the wigglers for a few days until they are well developed and then use some type of tubing (I use a tube that came on a gravel cleaner) to suck the wigglers from the leaf/slate/HOB tube/ect. to a fish safe container and then transfer them to an empty tank. I just moved a spawn from my peruvian scalare/het. silver philippine blue pair that laid in a 75 they share w/a bunch of GBR's. I have hornwort floating in a 10 gallon that I squirted them into to stick on until they made it to free swimmers. I have a bunch of free swimmers in there now. You will need some baby brine shrimp to start them on for the first few weeks and then you can switch to fry foods and flake.
HTH,
