Angel fish with blue gourami?

Ok, I'm cycling a 29 gal for my two angels and am curious, will my angels get along with my blue gourami or would this be a bad idea? I've done some research and am getting mixed signals. Some say yes, some say no. Who should I believe? Thanks for your tome.

Not worth the risk. Stick to pearl gouramis or honey gouramis.

i have a blue gouramie with my two angels in a sixty gallon tank and they get along just fine. actually they all kind of follow eachother around. i think your tank might be to small to keep a blue gouramie in it too though.

Generally speaking, it is not a great idea to house Angels with Gouramis.(more true with Blue gouramis)

Thanks everyone. I was a little worried about that combo. I've got an old 20 long that I was thinking of setting up a brackish water palu for some fiddler crabs. I guess it's going to become a new home for my Gourami instead. I'm trying to get my 125 planted and I'm sick of him eating all my new plants before they even get a chance to grow. Thanks again.
