Angel fry?

i say since they're doing well now, and the parents are taking care of them, i'd leave it up to them. take out any eggs with fungus tho. leave them in there if the parents are doing a good job

well if you feed an abundance of BBS they will find it. fry are pretty much attracted to tiny things like that. have they finished off their yolk sac thingy? i think they'll either eat bbs afterwards or infusoria, do u have plants in your tank?
umm i dont' know how long to leave them in there, but you could check by googling angelfish fry care or something like that.

Sounds like it... I heard it is about 49% protein, but with the mess it is probably not worth it. I just started some baby brine tonight. Actually I am trying a new way of hatching the shrimp. I just added them to a little cup of salt water. Totaly volume in the up is about 4 oz. I believe it will take long for them to hatch, but it should work. I put two cups of them over on the table. Then I put one by the window. Then I put some under a 120 watts of light and in the sun. The lights come up during the day only. Should be very interesting to see what happens. I also bought live brine about 2 months ago and am raising a bunch that way too.

yeh i just started some for my guppy fry earlier today, i put them in those little cricket keeper thingies with some aquarium salt and airstone and open up the blinds and voila in 24hrs most of them have hatched.

Your doing the right thing with the bbs. IMO if you can't take the time to hatch bbs for your fry, then you should just let nature take it's course. Egg yolk and crushed flake might work for livebearers, and you may end up with a few angle fry with this method, but if your going through the trouble to maintain a seperate tank and actually raise fish, then do it right. Live bbs twice a day. 50% WCs twice a week. (you can do both of these more often if you wnat to )

Look to remove the babies after they've been free swimming for 1-2 weeks. After that they become difficult to siphon out becuase they stay too spread out at night. Good Luck

BTW if the parents don't eat them, I would make the fact that they were "parent raised" a selling point. Too many angels these days are artificially hatched and raised.
