I have 3 angels in a 75 gal. tank. 2 of them are territorial and argue a lot. So they have a lower lip that is white and a little damaged. No cotton mouth or anything else. How do I treat this? Methyl blue doesn't seem to help.

White? Do you have photos? Do not try any treatment until you are sure what exactly is wrong. Many attempts to use a wrong treatment can destroy the biological filtration and eventually kill your fish when ammonia and nitrites are expected to rise. I'd do plenty of water changes if it's only an injury.
