some cichlids you can place with angels.

discus(caution here as there are issues with disease and parasite transmissions from angles to discus)
keyholes
rams(both bolivian and blue)
flag cichlids(festivums)

just to name a few.

I would avoid neon tetras..even big ones , otos and other small fish.

I wouldn't put convicts with angels.

the convicts would most likely attack the angels from below.

no convicts. they are generally to agressive for the angels
