Can Angels eat Otos or Cardinal Tetras?

Not sure about the otos. I know that angels will eat neon tetras. If I had to guess I would say that they would eat cardinals, too.

Any fish will usually eat any smaller fish that will fit in its mouth.

If the cardinals are small, they will eat them.... as they reach adult size though, they may be ok and I've heard about people having angels and cardinals successfully but I've never been brave enough to risk it.

i've kept cardinals with angels for years without a problem, but if a neon sneaks in it doesnt last but 5 seconds, must have something to do with the red not reaching to the head, like cards
