Currently it hasn't been eating very much but does swim around at feeding time and other times like normal. Doesn't touch flakes anymore and doesn't bother to eat them when it used to gobble them up.
Brine shrimp it will eat but she spits most of it back out either out its gills or mouth so it doesn't seem it's getting to much.
As I'm sittin here it's nibbling on a algae tablet at the bottom of the tank and seems fine with that, no spitting.
I've also notice white stringy poop from it too.

It has a little white mark on the top of it's body and it's very very small.
Swims around but sometimes stays in the corner of the tank.

This angel used to be just fine until I left for a day and half, came back and it had severe fin rot and all of it's fins where gone very suddenly. After that the other angel I used to have (shipped off to the lfs now) basically tried killing this one so I suspected that angel had torn it apart. Melafix and the other terror angel being removed brought it back to almost full health (fins back, color, etc) until this happened.

I've been doing weekly 20% water changes.
Parameters:
80 degrees
6.8ph
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20 - 30 ppm

I have been having trouble with algae blooms (green water) but that has gone away now finally.
Any ideas or advice?

your nitrates are pretty high. you want them to be under 10ppm preferably. up your water changes to 50% or so and you should see some improvement overall. treat for parasites, a bad appetite and white poop are signs of an internal infection. most people use a medicated food, though since yours isn't eating, the junglelab parasite tablets work pretty well. you can find them most places, even walmart. do two treatments in a row with a water change in between.

it does sound like either parasites or internal bacterial infection.

parasite cear may get the angel to start eating again..
if it is still taking in food and spitting it back out you can try anti parasite medicated food. mixed with thawed frozen bloodworms..as long as the angel takes the food in it wil ingest some medication(even if it sptis it out) if it has stopped eating completely..then add the parasite clear.
this bing an angel I tend to lean towards internal parasites..I have a buch of angels in several tanks..and suffered an outbreak of camillanus(seems to be commin with angels)
camillanus can sometimes be seen as red threadlike protrusions from the anus.

it is treatable..levamisole Hcl is very effective when treating this parasite. it is also one of the active ingredient in jungle abs anti parasite food.

it is also available at feed stores(tho not sold in all states) it is available on line and is also know as levasole.

Star_rider is very knowledgeable -- I would listen to his advice. I too suffered from an internal parasitic outbreak with my angels (same type of symptoms your angel is displaying) and the anti-parasite jungle lab tablets worked really well for me. You can also redose the tank in a couple of weeks as a prophilactic measure although it is not imperative. Getting sick fish to eat medicated food can be challenging. Good luck!

i remeber that... they still doing ok?

it sounds like internal parasites to me too. meds will work well, and once you get rid of the parasites your angel should start eating again. you mgiht want to keep your nitrates lower also to keep the water as clean as possible during the treatment period.

BTW, my angel loves the alge wafers i put in my 20 gallon for my corydoras and rubberlip pleco... they dont seem to touch them in my 90 gallon though.

Is the jungle lab tablets safe for plants? Thanks I'll have to run and get some here.

Just to update, I dosed the tank with parasite clear and it definitely did the trick. Within hours the Angel returned back to his normal self and now eats tons like he used to!
Thanks for the help everyone!
