what antivirus and spyware programs do you have on your computer? for spyware, i use ad-aware & spybot; and AVG as my antivirus software.

well if your gonna talk about that ok then. for spyware and adware: SypCatcher, Trend Micro Anti-Spyware, Adaware SE Personal, SypySubtract, SpywareBlaster, and Spy Bot: Search and Destroy. Now for Virus and Trojan(and any other program): Norton Ghost 9.0, Norton Internet Security 2005, Norton System Works, Norton GoBack 2005, Norton AntiVirus, Norton Personal Firewall, Norton Security Center, Trojan Remover, and CCleaner. Yes I make sure I have the fastest and safest computer. Also I have Windows Firewall, Norton Firewall, Zone Alarm Pro(comes with firewall, program control, anti-spyware, anti-virus monitoring, email protection, privacy, identity protection, and many other features). Ok I'll stop there. 
Free spyware and viral removal programs are way to hit and miss. They depend to heavily on volunteer work to stay up with the new viruses and spyware that are created.
I use one program McAfee, for my firewall, spyware and virus protection. It does a better job than any of the dozens of free programs I've used in the past.

I use adware se personal, spybot: search and destroy, and my favorite of all AVG. In fact it just found 9 trojans after i got this stupid link, it deleted and fixed 8 of them so tommorrow im finding the last one.

After years of working on computers, the best spyware/virus protection combination I've seen so far is using Norton Antivirus, and Spysweeper.
Spysweeper is an excellent program that has alot of security features as well as automatic updates, live program scanning, and a slew of internet and windows shields. And the best part about it I've seen so far is that has NEVER interfered with the function of any virus protection software- something I've seen several other softwares do. I would highly recomend this software. You can get it at Best Buy, for like $20-$30 for a 1 year subscription (yes, it is like norton/mcaffee in that you have to renew it every year)

Why why why would you publicly post what your internet/computer security is? Draw the hackers and data thieves a map while you're at it.
