Add cucumber to the list,and canned green beans ( canned beans sink, which makes your life easy)

I feed ym plecos(BN, clown, rubbernose) Carrots, zuchini, cucumber, brocoli stems(peeled). peas(peeled), shrimp pellets,algae pellets and any flake or frozen food that they can get from my regualr feedings.
I cut all my veggies up into the right size and freeze them. This way all i have to do it take out as many pieces i need and thaw. BY freezing and thawing they get soft and sink. I attach my veggies to a fork with fishing line attached for easy removal.
Around halloween i also used pumpkin. I jsut took the extra pieces left over from craving my pumpkin and cut off teh skin and froze them. The fish really liked it.
