Well my tanks are in my signature. I am going to have a mbuna tank and i'm wating to get my fish in i had to order them and my 29 gallon is a cork scape planted tank and i am going to get more apisto cacatoides and glowlight tetra's.


I can't believe you have soo many tanks guppygirl. I wish i had room for that many tanks but my apartment is tooo small. You should do an African cichilid tank... that way you can put lots of fish in your tank and cichlids have the best personality.

I have been playing with the idea of an African tank, I like the idea of it, but I have so much more research to do on it first!! I live in a three bedroom townhouse with three floors and 2 living room areas, so one of them is my tank room lol, I can't stop collecting tanks!!! I eventually want to breed some snails and do a lot of plants to sell them, I want to condition driftwood to sell and all that good stuff. I want to run some sort of fishy business out of my home so that I can fund my fishy habit better lol!!:grinyes:
 
Hey that's great i'm trying to learn a lot about planted tanks too at the moment and i've been studying a lot about mbuna fish because i'm about to start my own soon. Yeah it depends where i go to medical school whether or not i get a larger place here or else ware. Are you in any fish clubs here? i'm not but i kind of want to join one

There is one, but they are so big that they have like auctions and stuff. I really want more personal groups, because I have looked into it too. I guess you will have to start your own if you don't want to join the huge one!!
 
Colorado fish association right? They have a auction on the 25th I think. Last year my brothers went and saw some pretty good deals.
 
Yea that association would be a cool place to get with fish lovers, definitely check out the auction I missed it last year dont want to miss it this year. And these forums are a pretty nice place to meet some friends in the hobby.
 
I grew up in Colorado, but haven't lived there for more than a decade. There used to be a great fish store in Fort Collins, but I think it's closed down.

And at one point, there were 5 or 6 other AC members in Colorado...haven't seen them around recently, though.
