i have a 13g tank with 4 danios, 4 neons and a bn. and i was planning on getting a couple of dwarf gouramis but i was just wondering whether you have ne other fish that you would suggest and wouldnt get too big.

What kind of danios and tetra? I think you are at a comfortable bioload right now. I wouldn't get a dwarf guorami. I had answered your other thread about male gouramis. You did not mention that there were fish already in the tank. I suggest that you stay where you are or buy a bigger tank. Even a 20 G would help a lot. The system in such a small tank is very unstable, because of the volume of water. Overstocking it would make it very hard to maintain. Easy maintanence, IMO really ups the enjoyment of this hobby. Hard maintenance turns new people away from this hobby.

in the other thread i was just curious about aggresion, what fish do you suggest ? coz 4 danios and 4 neons is definately not overstocked.

a 13 gallon with 8 small fish and a small pleco is plenty. You could maybe get away with adding 1 more tetra and danio. But as said before a tank that small is a pain to maintain because water conditions fluctuate dramatically in short periods of time.

I don't know but I think you might want to reconsider the bristlenose being there. Tank is quite small for him I think. :o

coz 4 danios and 4 neons is definately not overstocked.

True, but youv'e got a six inch (adult size) waste factory called a brislenose pleco in there as well. Your tank is what would be called STOCKED, wich means your not understocked, but not exactly oversotcked either. This means you can't safely add anymore fish as your at your limit already.
