Anyone else from Minnesota (or Wisconsin)?

Not from but lived in BOTH WI and MN, I grad in WI (Madison) learned how to drive in WI got my 1st job (shopko) in WI and saw snow for the 1st time in WI oh boy did I see snow!!! I moved to MN (lakeville) and got recruited and joined the Marines in Burnsville even worked in the Mall of America for a while. Folks moved back to Cali, and havent been back since. 
Use to vacation in Mound on Lake Minnetonka. But my folks got divorced so, that vacation house is no longer in my family. (Vegas is a nice sub.)
I like AWOF.. there really spendy though. I live right next to Sea Level and those guys are awesome, really helpful and good pricing.
Forest Lake pets has awesome selection but really crappy customer service. I got an Uaru from there one time and it never acted right, so I brought it back. The guy put it in the tank, trapped it between the net and the glass, and literally stared at it for about 40 minutes... then said it had bruising and it was my fault.. I'm sure if you look intently at any fish for that long there will be some sort of imperfection. I also got a Red Terror there that had ich. It was partially my fault because I didn't look close enough, but the tank they were in you needed a ladder to get to and the tank lights were off...
They are just hard to work with, treated me like I was stupid.

Me and hubby decided to not get any fish any more from Forest Lake...They can't even identify their fish right...and they had Blood Parrots that were tattooed with "I LOVE YOU"...you got to be kidding me.....and the upsd catfish we got isn't even an upsd....our electric blue turned out to be a hybrid and so did our red zebra...but we still like the cichlids anyway..
Personal opinion also....WORLD OF FISH...SOMETHING FISHY (this one is next door)...and we just went to check out TWIN CITIES REPTILE AND PETS...that one wasn't to bad...Raymond Avenue and University....but we don't go to PetCo...they aren't carrying much of cichlids anymore...
BUT GO CHECK OUT SOMETHING FISHY...REALLY SMART PEOPLE..JUST LIKE THE PEOPLE AT "AWOF"....
