anyone ever used aquatic garden heaters?

:mad2: this is my 2nd aquatic garden heater that i've had to crap out on me! I bought one of the 50W heaters for my tank (have another 50W that has worked fine for over 6 months) and it wouldn't stay on, seemed like a connection problem, so I returned it for a submersible one from the same brand and now it has the same problem!!

has anyone ever used aquatic garden heaters? or have a better brand suggestion maybe?

are you talking about the ones for ponds? as far as i know, these are only for keeping a small area warm enough to keep from freezing over completely.

no, sorry I didn't clarify. The brand is aquatic gardens and are sold at petco.
