Anyone have pics of rare color bettas?

Those colors aren't really rare, just most pet shops don't have quality bettas in stock. Check out www.aquabid.com Lots of betta breeders sell some really beautiful fish there. You can also search for betta breeder on google or somewhere and probably come up with a lot of breeders websites that have pics.
 
Leopardess ~ those bettas, while extremely beautiful, seem kinda fake to me... nope, maybe not fake, I can't really put my finger on what it is but they just seem, eh, I don't know?? Maybe it's just because I'm used to the more 'normal/ordinary' looking bettas at the lfs....

I don't understand, bettas are very hard to spawn, right? How do they get them to not only spawn, but spawn with the 'right' females... very fasincating.

They can be spawned in large ponds in florida with only the most beatiful mates provided, eventually they'll breed with them. Then there's also those who are VERY patient.
