Cool looking!

My basic bristle nose plecos can change color/pattern and look very close to that. They change from spots to patches similar to that. It's wise you got only one. I picked up two skinny little ones from a LFS 2yrs ago or so. Now I've got a dozen or more of them. They can starve out any other fish you have in the tank that skim bio films off hardscape for a living, so be mindful of that. Direct competition for food with the corys.

I feed my plecos those mini cucumbers. I peel them, thread a big stainless steel screw or fork in them to keep them on the bottom. The plecos consume the whole thing in a day.

Petey's head seems large for his tail size but that may a camera perspective. When I first saw the yoyo, I thought he may be a king leopard or queen arabesque? I've had scribble plecs that had similar coloring to your loach. Sorry, again, to be so lame.

How big is Petey? I've had clown plecs several times & they maxed out at maybe 3 inches or so at most. Mine were quite long lived, ~8-11 years.

Your not being lame lol I love Loaches and would buy every type if I could lol
I just bought kobtai's today for my 60 gal. Might move them to the 75 when they are bigger.

Oooh, kubotais are on my "next loach" list for my 75g too. I just need to be sure my peppermint loaches have died out...I hate waiting for "old timers" to expire, sniff. It's kubs or histrionicas (again). I miss my botias!

My clown plecs were very nocturnal, if I wasn't an insomniac I would have rarely seen them.
