anyone noticed...

Any Stargate SG-1 fans out there? My family and I are, and we happen to own black kuhli loaches, which remind me of Goa’ulds’ symbiote. Weather/dojo loaches remind me of them too. Has anyone noticed this before?

One of my sisters names all my fish and she had an idea about what to name these black kuhlis. After reading Orion say that her black kuhlis did not mix with her banded ones, my sister got the idea to name the black kuhlis after the Tokra and whenever I got the branded kind (regular and albino) name them after the Goa’uld.

HahA! That's too cool. I'm a fan of SG-1 too, and I'd be inclined to name my fishes after TV characters too...that is, if my fishes had names. :thm:

I have a black kuhlii and a banded one.....The first time I got a good look at their heads I thought they look alot like a seal with those wiskers around thier mouths....and thier very interesting little eyes.
