So I recently piled a bunch of rock into a 36 to hold my FireMouthes until i soaked all this wood i plan on using. I noticed one or 2 developing mouth fungus so I treated with Pimafex for a few days. I decided today to use something a bit more potent so i used this API Fungus Cure.

It says it may cause a slight discoloration of the water, you be the judge. These two pictures were taken a night apart under the same camera, lighting and room light conditions. notice the "slight" discoloration in the second pic.

did you go down to springfield and steal some glowy things from the nuclear power plant and stick 'em in your tank? lol. wow, yeah, i'd say slight....... not.

yea I'm a bit upset considering I followed all the directions to a tee.

Now I have to look at this for 4 days, this medicine BETTER work....

it will likely stain your silicon too

Lovely, just great.

Thanks API! :D I can't be mad at the moment though,a s its what best, but if this treatment doesn't cure the fungus, THEN I'll be pretty pissed ;)

After 2 25% water changes it is clearing up a bit and the mouth looks to be getting better. :)
