Anybody dealt with these people??? I placed an order yesterday. I paid an extra 10 dollars for second day air shipping thru UPS. I just got an E-mail that my order will show up on Thursday. Thats 4 days after I ordered and paid for Second day shipping. I tried calling them this morning (to see if it would ship today) and again this afternoon and all I get is a machine. So far I am very disappointed.

Anybody else have anything to say about these guys???
 
2nd day shipping doesnt mean that they will ship out the order same day. It just means that when it ships, it will be 2 day shipping from the day it ships.
 
I understand that but to not answer the phone??? I didn't realize that UPS was off on Wednesday either. I think something on their site should have told people about the delay. Untill I just got a tracking message saying it was picked up (all day it said info recived) I was starting to worry. I'll see if they call back tomorrow, it'll speak volumes of their customer service either way.
 
Just got an E-mail from them. Very polite and informative. I did suggest that in the future they put a note on their site saying that UPS will be closed causing a delay. But all in all if the rest of this deal goes good (package arrives in tact and the product works) I will probably give them a second try when I set up my lighting on my 30.
