I recently replaced the lights on my Aquapod 24gal so I have the stock hood ready and waiting for a new home. I have done some mods to it to assist in the heat issue (installed additional fan and opened up six of the vent slots (can't see it but they are not actually open). The hood is in great shape with very little use (replaced to MH within 2.5 weeks of setting up the tank because I wanted a clam).
As some of you may have heard I had a mishap with my chiller line and the end result was a tank full of dead coral and fish... so I am opening this up for trade. I would like to trade for coral (particularly interested in a nice duncan or frogspawn). Let me know what you've got that you want to trade and we can go from there. From what I have heard the cost to ship the hood and the cost to overnight coral is roughly the same so I would imagine we can do this without any cash changing hands and both come out winners. So let me know if you are interested.
