I'm converting an AC500 into a fuge for my 10g, and I was wondering what I could use to glue in a baffle? I know that there are some products that aren't aquarium safe because of the chemicals that they might leach out. What are some products that I can use?

I tried modding my AC70 (300) with silicone, I found that it peeled off the smooth plastic - could have been the not-so-expert job I did, or lousy silicone, since Dave's managed. I ended up redoing mine using a two-part epoxy, it worked fantastically well but be warned - it's messy.

Cleaning with alcohol and roughing up the surface with ultrafine sandpaper helps, as does giving it a long time to cure fully. Epoxy may be a better option, though.
