Hey everyone!

I don't know if any of you remember, but a while back I was asking for some suggestions for my tank (http://www.aquariacentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63377&page=1&pp=15)

Well I've made some changes but I still could use some help.

heres an overview: http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d8/imtoodamnfunky/wideshot.jpg

Right side: http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d8/imtoodamnfunky/myrightside.jpg

Middle:

Left side: http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d8/imtoodamnfunky/myleftside.jpg

Thanks in advance!

I remember that thread! yeah, his tank was outstanding. I'm going for a little more natural look but that is a great tank.

Looks MUCH better, but it "leans" to the right. In other words, when I look at the tank my eye travels down the driftwood to the next piece and then back into the right corner.

There's nothing to draw the attention to the left side of the tank, which just an empty blank space.

Just looked at it again. I would add another piece of driftwood or a large rock on the left side. A rock would be cool, because it's not reptitious and because they are so "solid" you don't need one as big as the driftwood.

And some tall plants behind the rock, too.

Roan, I agree and have included a picture showing places that I plan on adding more plants. I want to add more but that is somewhat dependent on my driftwood placement.

My main concern is the driftwood; should I take the first piece out?, change its position?, change my 2nd piece?

Any adivce would be appreciated :D

I would add some shorter plants in the mid-foreground. I think that driftwood you have will be hard to work with becuase it is so straight. I would try leaning the driftwood on a large rock or two.

I like the driftwood now. It's unusual, but it's balanced within your composition. Perhaps an anubias on the lower one, some java moss on the upper one.

I like the positioning of where you plan on putting some rocks/plants, but I wouldn't put any rocks where your right front indicator is. As matthewburk pointed out, a few foreground plants would be good as well.
